You can return your ZeroSpace order within 7 days of delivery.
Full refund
If the product is unused and in perfect condition (not opened and not damaged), you get a full refund of the product price.
Opened or damaged products
If the product has been opened, used or damaged, the refund is conditional. We check the product when it reaches us and then tell you how much can be refunded.
Return delivery charges
The cost of sending the product back to us is paid by the customer.
How to return a product

- We share the return address with you.
- Send the product back with all its parts and packaging.
- When the product reaches us, we check it and let you know your refund.
