These terms apply to every order placed on zerospace.ae. By placing an order you agree to them. The shop is run by ZeroSpace UAE, 1214 – Business Center, Sharjah Publishing City, Sharjah, UAE.

Orders

After you place an order you will see your order number on the thank-you page. Our team may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm the details before we send it. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if a product is out of stock or if the price or product information was shown wrongly; in that case you pay nothing.

Prices

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT. The price you pay is the price shown in your cart at checkout. Prices and offers can change, but a change never affects an order that we have already confirmed.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.

Delivery

Delivery is free to all seven emirates and takes 1–3 days. Please give a complete address and a phone number that is reachable during the day. See Shipping & Delivery.

Returns and refunds

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery. Unused products in perfect condition get a full refund; opened, used or damaged products are refunded after we check them, and the customer pays the cost of sending a product back. The full rules are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Please follow the care tips on each product page, for example hand washing and never putting stainless steel in a microwave.

We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to answer your questions. Read our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed from the date it is published.
